Please ensure your horse is clean and dry prior to treatment. If your horse cannot be treated due to being wet or muddy, full payment will still be required. Please do not use hoof oils or shine sprays prior to treatment.

Please be honest around your horses behaviour and handling. If I feel a horse is being to dangerous to treat I may have to stop treatment, full payment will still be required.

Due to the veterinary act 1966 there may be occasions where I am unable to treat your horse without consent. Please make me aware if they are currently under care of your Vet or have any health conditions which may require this. If conditions are not declared and I am unable to treat on the day full payment will still be required.

Cancellations

Please allow as much notice as possible for cancellations or if you need to rearrange your appointment

Cancellation less than 24hrs notice = full payment required
Cancellation less than 48hrs notice = 50% treatment cost
Cancelation more than 48hrs notice = no charge
